Prep - Home prep makes a difference for a faster sale at a higher price.
We begin with a Home Consultation to suggest the best course of action to reach your goals. That means creating a “Home Prep List” and a consult on best room usage. Once a plan has been formulated, some home repairs/improvements may be necessary. We will put you in contact with our best contractors and service providers to ensure your property is ready to sell.
Once your home is ready, we will begin staging it for pictures and viewings. A primary staging and accessorizing package is provided at no charge by the Blume Group. Whole property transformations are also available with our reliable staging partners.
Suppose you need assistance with relocation or estate sales. In that case, we can put you in contact with home organizers, auctions, estate sales, and relocation providers.

Price - So, what is your home worth?
We will develop a Comparative Market Analysis or CMA to set a listing price. This analysis will evaluate your property alongside similar properties in your area – currently listed and recently sold. We take into consideration supply and demand, market activity, market time, location, seasonal demand, room count, property condition, and square footage.
Clients will receive multiple “Net Sheets” based on high and low sale price estimates to give you an idea of what you will yield on the sale of your property.
Correct pricing is crucial because a property’s most significant showing activity occurs within the first few weeks of market time. During this time, you will tend to attract the attention of serious buyers with the highest sense of urgency.
As time goes on, interest can wane, and longer than average market times fuel the perception that the home itself (not just the price of the home) is flawed. As a result, longer market times can actually drive value down.
