I'd met Lisa at an open house when I was looking to buy and liked her style so much that I kept her contact information for years just in case the day came when I'd need her services.When I finally made the decision to hire her, I was living out of state, but she said not to worry, she'd handle everything - including dealing with the tenants who were currently renting my condo from me, getting a handyman in to do some minor work to get the condo in ship shape for showings, and connected me with a great lawyer to handle the closing.What I like best about her is that she ACTUALLY SHOWED the condo - she didn't just leave a lockbox on the front door like some realtors do.I can't recommend Lisa enough!
